last week i watch little big solider

its very funny haha

having reunion dinner with my family

and we was like having 1 steam boat and 1 heat plate

haha then my parent prepared about 27 type of food for us to cook

i eat til i cannot eat anymore haha

because its just too delicious ^^

my uncle and auntie come over to my house have dinner

so my parents specially prepare nice food

this is the worse Chinese new year i ever had

the worse thing is i didnt go my relative house

today i went to safra countryclub

with my brother play bowling

wao lao the bowling is dam hard to play lor

every hard to aim the center

cause right u need to hold the bowling ball tight

and u really need to have the skill to roll the ball

HAPPY TEACHER DAY

the teacher this year is fun haha
but hor in my sec sch they celebrate like so sian

they put songs all over the sch

and all the songs just sux maybe 1 or 2 is nice
and the songs were noisy
make me headache for the whole day

but luckily after that we gt concert at the hall

but actually quite sian la

but luckily its only last for an hour haha

after that i go back to my pri sch

i meet alot of my friend

and i gt so much thing to talk to them

but dont knw where to start haha

and i met that girl i like very long liao

since pri sch until nw

even through we nt same sch

but i still like her

and i did something that i regret again

last year she come back pri sch

then i didnt talk to her,

this is the 1st thing that i regret last year

and this year i only say hi to her

this week is the elective modules week

my elective mdules is F&B-junior chef

nth much to talk about la cause quite lazy

today is the last day for the modules

monday is the 1st day but i lazy so didnt post

i think 1st day we do mocktail

alot of us make the mocktail like so sour

but still drinkable la haha

i think 2nd day 1 team cook 1 type of soup

that teacher teach us

1st time cook that soup

taste not nice

but the second time i cook the soup with my teammate

it taste better n nice haha

i still want to drink more

the 3rd day we cook the main dish

but i forget wat the name for the recipe

gt fish and chicken burger

haha the fish i think is black pepper sauce fish

it taste dam nice haha

then today we need to cook all the thing for the teacher

then i just pan fry the fish , the rest of the "chef"

go prepare the sauce and the things

after they serve the foods to teacher

then i go wash the pan

the rest go clean up the classroom

then go to AVA room where the teacher were

after i wash the pan then go back the classroom

see noone then i think they at AVA room

then i go there

suddenly they say im the main chef

lol like push all the thing to me

i almost dont know what to say

when teacher ask me why the fish abit salty

then i anyhow say

because we pan fry the fish need put some butter

so abit salty but lucky

the teacher say the fish i cook is just nice

not overcook so is prefect haha

after the whole modules finish

pravin and me go cck to buy things

i go there buy sci quick study book

and he buy 1 xbox game haha

firstly, we meet in sch and take bus to Soictec

and we met a guy call Cliff

he will be wif us for the next few days

he's a nice and friendly guy

then we have our student introduction

i was very shy when i intro myself

bt somehow i can get over my fear lol

then we have a teamwork game wif Mr Terence

called "Lost on the Moon"

this game is about wat is the most important thing u need

when u are at the brightest side of the moon

i like this game alot haha cause Mr Terence is very friendly

after that we have a tour in Soitec plant,

after the tour, we have to complete our survery
